About Singing Bowl
The Tibetan singing bowls originate from the Himalayan mountains and are used there primarily by shamans during their harmonizing rituals, by monks for their voice training exercises and ritual offers, as well as by the local people who eat and drink out of them. The singing bowls are composed of seven metals, including gold, silver and copper. Shamanism and Buddhism are an integral part of the oriental way of life. It incorporates besides holy worship also philosophy, morals, ethics and a healing method. Meditation, yoga, reincarnation and identification with nature are for them normal instead of supernatural. Their starting point is the senses while ours more often concerned with intellect.About Hans de Back
Hans de Back at this moment is one of the leading authorities in sound therapy in Europe.
Since 1983 self-educated on the front of singing bowls, gongs, etc. Founder of the guild for Reform of the Way of Thinking The Health Angels.
Besides sound massages, he also gives demonstrations, workshops, master classes, concerts and is actively involved in group projects over the whole world combining dance, film, verbal art, readings and martial arts. There are 13 CD´s available of his own compositions, performed by Hans de Back.

Course Detail
Elementary Level (3 full days):
- Single bowl handling and striking technique
- Sound introduction (Singing bowl & Ding Sha)
- Basic skills (For Face/ Back/ Feet / Full body Sound massage / Rhythmic variation)
Advanced Level (2 full days):
- Multiple singing bowl technique
- Singing bowl rubbing, sound vs vibration
- Pain treatment for limbs (arms/ legs)
- Small bowl performance
- Full body multiple bowl session (vibrations)
- Case study discussion
Course highlight
This course is designed to enable student to understand Tibetan singing bowls sound energy through hands-on experience such as rubbing and striking the bowl, integrated with breathing and vibration hence revitalize self healing mechanism inside your body. The vibration energy of singing bowl helps tune and maintain your body at a healthy state. Master Hans utilizes a range of singing bowl, guide students through days of harmonic frequency where most student find it a delighting and whole new life experience.

- There will be no refund option for registration fee or any payment, unless the organizer cancelled the event.
For prospective students
- Anyone can book appointments Hans teacher one on one "sound massage treatments" (Sound Massage), (TBC)
- There will be singing bowls provided for class practice, you can also buy a singing bowl during the course (limited stock).
- For those who wish to buy a singing bowl in advance, you may do so. (TBC)
- Each student will receive a certificate from The Health Angel.
